The free automated check

  • The free check is an automated scan for some common accessibility issues. Automated tools find only part of the issues a site may have.
  • The result is general information about your site. It is not legal advice, not an audit, and not a statement that a site does or doesn't comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law.
  • For legal questions, consult your own counsel.
  • Request a check only for a website you own or are authorised to have checked.
  • We may decline or limit requests, for example to prevent abuse.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date:

  • Prices are shown as published and may change. The price in your written agreement is the one that applies.
  • Comparisons and statements from other companies are quoted from their own public pages, with a link and the date we checked them. Those pages can change after we check them.
  • Third-party price estimates are shown with their sources.
  • Features marked "Coming soon" are planned and not yet available.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or the free check. That includes:

  • trying to disrupt or overload the site;
  • getting around its security or rate limits;
  • submitting automated requests in bulk;
  • submitting someone else's email address without their permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brandmerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free check. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
